This is my favorite iPhone app since Instagram.
It’s called Lose It! and it tracks your weight loss. You enter your weight/height and your weekly goal for pounds lost (mine is 2/week), and it gives you your daily calorie “budget”.
It’s also a food diary of sorts. It has the nutrition info for most restaurants and brand name food and a tab for your own recipes. If you’re like me, keeping an actual food diary is about as appealing as humping anything that isn’t Ryan Gosling. This app makes keeping track of all your health-related goals very easy.
I just started using it this morning, but so far it is really helpful and IT IS FREE so there’s really no excuse for me not to utilize the shit out of this guy.
PS - 1)Did you know that it would take me 25 minutes, jogging briskly to burn the 97 calories that are in a can of Coke? 2)I haven’t had a drop of it in four motherfucking days.
